    Faisal Khan (born 30 January 1999), is an Indian dancer and actor. He is the winner of reality shows including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8,[1] Dance India Dance Li'l Masters 2,[2]Dance Ke Superkids and DID Dance Ka Tashan.

    Khan was born in 1999 and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[3] His father was an auto rickshaw driver.[4] Khan completed his tenth class studies at Meera Academy school in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.[5][6][7] He learnt freestyle dance by dance teacher Shrikanth Ahire.[8][9][10][11]

    Khan began his career at the age of 15 as a dancer, he gave an audition in the second kids special season of Zee TV'S dance reality series Dance India Dance, where he was selected and came out as the winner with ₹10 lakh (US$12,000) prize money, and won a Favorite Shisya award at Zee Rishtey Awards. The show was judged by Geeta Kapoor, Marzi Pestonji, Terence Lewis.[12][13][14][15] The series aired from April 2012 to August 2012.[16]

    Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap (transl.  Brave Son of India – Maharana Pratap) is an Indian historical fiction series produced by Contiloe Entertainment. It is based on the life of Maharana Pratap, a sixteenth century ruler of Mewar kingdom. It starred Sharad Malhotra, Rachana Parulkar, Faisal Khan and Roshni Walia.[1]

    The series premiered on 27 May 2013.[2]Amitabh Bachchan narrated the introductory part of the series in the first episode tracing the background of the Mewar family and their resistance to Foreign Invasions.[3]

    The series received positive reviews and won numerous awards and nominations.[4] The final episode of the series aired on 10 December 2015.[5]
